Elements of Construction
As prime contractors, we performed project management, concrete work, precast erection, rough carpentry work, insulation work, doors and frames, hardware, gypsum board assemblies, and miscellaneous accessories.

Project Overview
This SCSU 168,750 SF project comprises a 500-stall post-tensioned cast-in-place parking ramp and a 1-story 5,000 SF building for the Campus Department of Public Safety. The 3-level ramp accommodates 200 overnight parking stalls for students and 300 parking stalls for visitors. The ramp has 28 video cameras, eight specialized cameras at the entrance blue-light emergency telephones, and six call stations in the stair towers. The fully automated ramp accepts credit, debit, and cash cards. The Campus Department of Public Safety provides offices, dispatch, and communication rooms that serve campus life safety.
