One-story addition and remodel of the existing one-story commercial grocery store with a bank tenant. Project was constructed in phases, with the owner occupying those portions of the building not under construction at the time. Construction is Type II-B and M occupancy. The total building size is approximately 16,900 gross SF including the original 11,200 SF plus the 5,700 SF addition.

Work includes site and utilities work, paving, selective demolition, concrete, structural steel, masonry, roofing, storefront, interior construction and finishes, HVAC, systems and electrical work.
